The pose, the day, the body’s condition may be different, but the teaching is always the same.
Be still. Listen. Watch.
No judgements. No stories.
Of course, they will come. But the teaching remains.
No matter what arises within — they are but frames on a reel of film.
In practice we learn to see beyond the frames, instead fixing our gaze on the light that shines through them.
Why entangle ourselves with translucent realities that will surely flicker by?
Why not instead identify with the one constant element — the very source of illumination.
The light itself.
